After having numerous problems for years with good service, bad service, missed service, back and forth, I was finally able to connect with Dawn McCollum in customer service to discuss my issues. (That information is documented just below). I'd like to update the quality of my service currently today. Dawn was able to connect me with a driver in my route by the name of Corey Bright. Like Dawn, Corey is the definition of customer service. My service is now consistent. Corey is friendly and efficient. (It may seem like a minor issue, but even having your trash lids closed after being emptied is a big deal when raining and Corey makes sure that they are closed and the cans are out of the path of any intrusion.) Currently I very pleased with my service and appreciate working with people who believe in customer service and enjoy their jobs. Thanks Dawn and CoreyI was having a very difficult time getting consistent service for my residential pickups. I was using the “Contact us” feature on the Capital Waste website and getting absolutely no response. I finally called and talked to a customer service rep by the name of Dawn McCollum. After telling me the best way to contact Capital Waste was to sign into your account first on the portal, she was incredibly understanding and assuring that she would get a ticket generated and get my trash pickup up that day. A few hours later it was gone. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues going forward but if I do I’m confident that contacting Dawn will again resolve the issue.
