Update. Angela has been working on this for two weeks and everything should be resolved in the near future. Hopefully with the new personnel additions customer service will be in the forefront in this companies operations. As a former national franchise coordinator I hope management recognizes the energy and talent Angela has brought to the table.After moving here in June this is the only company available in rural Lexington County with that said it took several phone calls to get service started already paid the quarterly fee had requested two containers for the residents and which one was a recycling container it took 4 weeks to bring the containers after we moved here. Garbage service didn't come on until a month and a half later after the bins were delivered. The first pick up they broke the top ripped it right off of one of the bins several calls were made nothing happened still getting charged for sketchy service and yesterday I put both bins out totally full and only one was picked up now being that there is no recycling in rural Lexington County on Crystal Springs Dr they emptied one and left the other totally full I've tried several times to call them emailed apparently the girl I was emailing with with the other problems isn't there anymore so I got an email telling me that she's not there anymore not even addressing the problem of what is going on presently.

Well - I have to update this review - I am glad to say, the owner/s called and came that day to fix the mysterious problem of ignoring us for weeks. Communication is the primary flaw here- let the people who,are disgruntled have a person to talk to to resolve.. out of frustration is anger made. I am grateful for the fix-hope it sticks.

Capital Waste has been excellent with their garbage pickup. I've had a few missed pickups with recycling, but I've been able to contact them and address it. Everyone that I've spoken to is very nice.
