Update: Within 12 hours of posting this review, I was contacted by Gary and Rick with a solution to my problem. I understand mistakes happen, and both gentlemen reassured me that I can reach out in the future if another incident occurs. Unlike previous supervision, the current supervision is trying to do right for their customers. Therefore, I have changed my review to 5 stars. Gentlemen, thank you for responding so quickly.This company is the only option in the area. Otherwise, I would use "ANY" different one. I called late afternoon the day of my trash pick up to see if the truck would still stop by my residence to collect my trash. They have missed picking up my trash so many times that if they don't pick it up by a certain time, then I know it won't be. I was reassured that it would be picked up that day. As usual, it did not get picked up. The next day, I submitted a missed trash pickup ticket, but there was still no pickup. I called again the following day(2 days after the original pickup day) and was reassured that it would be picked up that day. Unfortunately, it began to snow and sleet, so they had to cancel pickup due to unsafe conditions. I'm good with that. The safety of the workers is a priority. A message was sent out that it would be picked up on Saturday. We'll, it's Saturday, and still no trash pickup. In my many years of experience in dealing with this company, if your trash is not picked up on its originally scheduled week, then they will just forget you all together. Your trash will not get picked up until your next scheduled pickup. The worst part is that each and every customer pays for a contracted service. If this company is unable to meet their agreed contract of weekly trash pickup, then they need to credit each customer back the money they paid for this service. If you are able to contract with a different company or take the trash yourself, I would!!
