The customer service team at the Columbia, SC Capital Waste Services are absolutely the best! I was having issues with our office in North Charleston, SC with Capital Waste and I finally had enough and called up to the Columbia, SC office because we could not get anyone to help get our issue resolved. When I called up to Columbia CWS office, every person in that office I spoke with on the phone was nice, treated me with respect, listened to my situation and empathized with why I was so frustrated that led me to call their office. The team was able to get me over to the correct person to help me on the issue and stayed in touch with me until the issue was resolved and that did take quite a bit of time but that didn't matter, they were in it to help me! The manager Angela was understanding of our situation and not only helped us to get it resolved, she followed up to make sure everything we needed was handled to our expectations. Now that is what I call customer service. Cannot say enough great things about this team. It's rare to call a service company these days and get consistent great customer service with every phone call, with different people. I have been working with this office for 3 weeks and each call I was treated with respect and they were sincere. My messages never went unanswered and I always felt like I was in great hands. Thank you all for helping a customer that wasn't even your area, let alone your issue, but that didn't stop you from making sure that my issue got resolved. Hands down best office team with the best customer service! Thanks for everything you all did for us. If we ever were to live in Columbia, we would use CWS solely because of the customer service we received from them over these last few weeks was outstanding!
